RAB Design Lighting reserves the right to change prices. Accessories\/options are priced extra unless otherwise specifically noted in our price\/data sheets. Written confirmation must accompany all orders or changes..<\/p>\n

HOLD ORDERS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Orders entered as \u201cHold for Release\u201d or \u201cDelivery date to be advised\u201d, will not be accepted unless they contain an approximate release date. Production and procurement of components will be withheld until firm release dates are given in writing.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Written quotations are valid for a period of 60 Days only. RAB Design Lighting reserves the right to withdraw any quote prior to its formal acceptance. All quotations on equals are subject to approval after submission of approval drawings. We cannot guarantee approval although every care is used in quoting alternate product. Quotations are based on complete shipments at one time or in truckload quantities unless otherwise stated in writing on our quotations. ACCEPTANCE OF ALL ORDERS IS SUBJECT TO RAB DESIGN LIGHTING HEAD OFFICE APPROVAL.<\/p>\n

DAMAGE CLAIMS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our packaging is regularly inspected and approved by the Transportation authorities. The carriers assume responsibility for both apparent and concealed damages sustained in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and check the material upon receipt. Any visible shortages and\/or damages concealed or otherwise should immediately be noted on the truckers PRO bill and sent to RAB Design Lighting. Failure to enter a claim within 48 hours may cause your claim to be denied by RAB Design Lighting.<\/p>\n

RETURN MATERIAL POLICY:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. All return material must be accompanied by a \u201cReturn Materials Authorization\u201d (RMA) number. Any merchandise returned without a proper authorization number will be refused.<\/li>\n
  2. Application for return authorization must be accompanied by original P.O. number and\/or Invoice number.<\/li>\n
  3. Requests for returns of damaged products must be made within 30 days from date of shipment, and are valid for a 30 day period only.<\/li>\n
  4. Materials must be returned in the original factory sealed cartons, in saleable condition.<\/li>\n
  5. Returns must be made \u201cFreight Prepaid\u201d to the location specified by our customer service representative.<\/li>\n
  6. All materials returned are subject to inspection. No credit will be issued for non-saleable or damaged materials.<\/li>\n
  7. Shipments containing items other than those authorized on the RMA will result in refusal of the complete shipment.<\/li>\n
  8. Only regular items in the current line are returnable. No discounted or special items will be accepted.<\/li>\n
  9. Credit will be issued at original invoice prices. Handling and restocking charges may apply. Restocking charges will be advised in advance at the time of RMA.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    REPAIRS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1 and 2 above are also necessary on all requests for repairs. Materials must be shipped \u201cFreight Prepaid\u201d to the Company at the location indicated on the RMA Authorization and repaired materials will be returned \u201cFreight Collect\u201d to customers.<\/p>\n

    Defective material will be repaired or replaced at no charge if within warranty, providing such material is returned to us without any attempt to repair it.<\/p>\n

    CATALOGUE ERRORS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Every effort is made to avoid errors in catalogues, price sheets and other data. We will not accept responsibility or labour charge backs in connection with errors of measurement, prices, descriptions etc. Possession of a price catalogue and buyers guide is not in itself an offer to sell.<\/p>\n

Orders for special \/ custom items are not cancelable except on payment of work performed and expenses incurred.<\/p>\n

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Not withstanding any other provision in the contract or any applicable statutory provisions, RAB Design Lighting shall not be liable for special or consequential damages or damages for loss of use arising directly or indirectly from any breach of this contract, fundamental or otherwise, or from any tortuous acts or omissions of their employees or agents and in no event shall the liability of the company exceed the unit price of the product.<\/p>\n

    WARRANTY:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Our LED fixtures are tested and\/or inspected prior to being packed for shipment and are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from date of shipment. (See LED Warranty Policy for more specifics) Non LED fixtures are guaranteed for a period of one year. Our guarantee is only valid when operated at rated voltage and if operated under normal use and conditions. RAB Design Lighting reserves the right to utilize new, reconditioned, refurbished, repaired or remanufactured products or parts in the warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts will be comparable in function and performance to an original product or part, as determined by RAB Design Lighting and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.<\/p>\n

    WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY CHARGE FOR LABOUR, MATERIAL, ETC. THAT DOES NOT HAVE PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM RAB DESIGN LIGHTING BEFORE WORK IS DONE.<\/p>\n

Les transporteurs sont responsables des dommages apparents et cach\u00e9s subis pendant le transport. Il incombe au client de v\u00e9rifier l\u2019\u00e9tat du produit \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception. Tout \u00e9l\u00e9ment manquant ou dommage apparent ou cach\u00e9 doit \u00eatre imm\u00e9diatement not\u00e9 sur le bordereau de livraison du camionneur, qui doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 RAB Design Lighting. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut de faire une demande de dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats dans les 48 heures, RAB Design Lighting pourrait la d\u00e9clarer non recevable.<\/p>\n

    POLITIQUE DE RETOUR:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Tout produit retourn\u00e9 doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un num\u00e9ro d\u2019autorisation de retour. Toute marchandise retourn\u00e9e sans num\u00e9ro d\u2019autorisation sera refus\u00e9e.<\/li>\n
    2. La demande d\u2019autorisation de retour doit comprendre le num\u00e9ro de commande original ou le num\u00e9ro de facture (ou les deux).<\/li>\n
    3. Les demandes de retour de produits endommag\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre faites dans les 30 jours suivant la date d\u2019exp\u00e9dition et ne demeurent valides que pendant 30 jours.<\/li>\n
    4. Le produit doit \u00eatre retourn\u00e9 dans les bo\u00eetes scell\u00e9es d\u2019origine de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu\u2019on puisse l\u2019inclure dans une autre commande.<\/li>\n
    5. Les retours doivent \u00eatre en port pay\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019endroit indiqu\u00e9 par notre repr\u00e9sentant du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/li>\n
    6. Tous les produits retourn\u00e9s seront inspect\u00e9s. Aucun cr\u00e9dit ne sera accord\u00e9 si le produit ne peut \u00eatre vendu tel quel ou s\u2019il est endommag\u00e9.<\/li>\n
    7. Les bo\u00eetes contenant des articles qui ne sont pas dans l\u2019autorisation de retour seront refus\u00e9es.<\/li>\n
    8. Seuls les articles standards de la gamme de produits en cours peuvent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s. Aucun article \u00e0 prix r\u00e9duit ou sp\u00e9cial ne sera accept\u00e9.<\/li>\n
    9. Le cr\u00e9dit accord\u00e9 correspondra au prix de la facture originale. Des frais de manutention et de remise en stock peuvent s\u2019appliquer. Les frais de remise en stock seront communiqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019avance au moment de la demande d\u2019autorisation de retour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Le produit d\u00e9fectueux sera r\u00e9par\u00e9 ou remplac\u00e9 gratuitement s\u2019il est couvert par la garantie \u00e0 condition qu\u2019il nous soit retourn\u00e9 sans qu\u2019on ait tent\u00e9 de le r\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n

      Pour tout ce qui concerne les luminaires sp\u00e9ciaux ou sur mesure qui ne figurent pas dans notre liste de prix actuelle, nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit d\u2019\u00e9tablir un devis seulement pour le distributeur qui a mandat\u00e9 la commande pour un client et de lui vendre le luminaire \u00e0 lui seulement. Les commandes d\u2019articles sp\u00e9ciaux ou sur mesure ne peuvent pas \u00eatre annul\u00e9es sauf s\u2019il y a eu paiement du travail effectu\u00e9 et des frais engag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

      GARANTIE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Nos luminaires DEL sont mis \u00e0 l\u2019essai ou inspect\u00e9s (ou les deux) avant d\u2019\u00eatre emball\u00e9s pour l\u2019exp\u00e9dition et sont garantis pour cinq ans \u00e0 compter de la date d\u2019exp\u00e9dition (voir les d\u00e9tails dans la politique de garantie des luminaires DEL). Les autres luminaires sont garantis pour un an. Notre garantie n\u2019est valide que si l\u2019appareil est utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 la tension nominale et dans des conditions normales. RAB Design Lighting se r\u00e9serve le droit d\u2019utiliser des pi\u00e8ces ou des produits neufs, reconditionn\u00e9s, remis \u00e0 neuf, r\u00e9par\u00e9s ou refabriqu\u00e9s pour une r\u00e9paration ou un remplacement sous garantie. Ces pi\u00e8ces ou produits auront un fonctionnement et une efficacit\u00e9 jug\u00e9s comparables par RAB Design Lighting et seront garantis pour le reste de la p\u00e9riode de garantie d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n
