This limited warranty is provided by RAB Design Lighting Inc. (\u00ab\u00a0Seller\u00a0\u00bb) to you as the original purchaser of the LED lighting product that is identified on Seller’s invoice reflecting its original purchase (the \u00ab\u00a0Product\u00a0\u00bb). This limited warranty may be transferred to subsequent purchasers of the Product, provided that such Product is resold in new condition and in its original packaging. Seller warrants that the Product, when delivered in new condition and in its original packaging, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS<\/strong> from the date of original purchase. The determination of whether the Product is defective shall be made by Seller in its sole discretion with consideration given to the overall performance of the Product. A Product shall not be considered defective solely as a result of the failure of individual LED components to emit light if the number of inoperable components is less than 10% of the total number of LED components in the Product.<\/p>\n

If Seller determines the Product is defective, Seller will elect, in its sole discretion, to refund you the replacement value of the Product, repair the Product or replace the Product. Seller may potentially contribute to the cost of an electrician, including the cost of required rental equipment, related to the repair or replacement of a defective product subject to Seller\u2019s sole discretion. This limited warranty will not apply to loss or damage to the Product caused by: negligence; abuse; misuse; mishandling; improper installation, storage or maintenance; damage due to fire or acts of God; vandalism; civil disturbances; power surges; improper power supply; electrical current fluctuations; corrosive environment installations; induced vibration; harmonic oscillation or resonance associated with movement of air currents around the Product; alteration; accident; failure to follow installation, operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed by Seller or applicable electrical codes; or improper service of the Product performed by someone other than Seller or its authorized service provider. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS DESIGNED.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seller reserves the right to utilize new, reconditioned, refurbished, repaired or remanufactured products or parts in the warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts will be comparable in function and performance to an original product or part, as determined by Seller in its sole discretion, and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.<\/p>\n

In order to make a warranty claim, you must notify Seller in writing within sixty (60) days after your discovery of the defect, provide proof of purchase such as the invoice and comply with Seller’s other warranty requirements. Upon receiving that notice, Seller may require you to promptly return the Product to Seller, or its authorized service provider, freight prepaid. This limited warranty applies to all RAB Design LED fixtures, with the exception of the LED Inspection Light and the battery powered MPL, all of which have a THREE (3) YEAR limited warranty<\/p>\n

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY PROVISIONS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.<\/p>\n

(le \u00ab vendeur \u00bb) parce que vous \u00eates l\u2019acheteur du luminaire DEL indiqu\u00e9 sur la facture remise par le vendeur lors de l\u2019achat d\u2019origine (le \u00ab produit \u00bb). Elle peut \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9e aux acheteurs ult\u00e9rieurs du produit \u00e0 condition que ce dernier soit revendu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat neuf et dans son emballage d\u2019origine. Le vendeur garantit que le produit, lorsqu\u2019il est livr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat neuf et dans son emballage d\u2019origine, est exempt de tout d\u00e9faut de mat\u00e9riau et de fabrication pendant une p\u00e9riode de CINQ (5) ANS \u00e0 compter de la date d\u2019achat initiale. Le vendeur d\u00e9terminera si le produit est d\u00e9fectueux \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion d\u2019apr\u00e8s le fonctionnement global du produit. Un produit ne sera pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme d\u00e9fectueux du seul fait que certains composants DEL n\u2019\u00e9mettent pas de lumi\u00e8re si le nombre de composants non fonctionnels compte pour moins de 10 % du nombre total de composants DEL dans le produit.<\/p>\n

Le vendeur pourrait \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion contribuer \u00e0 payer le travail d\u2019un \u00e9lectricien, y compris le co\u00fbt de l\u2019\u00e9quipement \u00e0 louer pour faire ce travail, pour la r\u00e9paration ou le remplacement d\u2019un produit d\u00e9fectueux.
